Commemorative Quilt Standards
Chattahoochee Evening Stars is proud to display our Show Quilts on our own Custom-Built Quilt Standards.
The Guild is offering Commemorative Quilt Standards to our quilting friends. For a minimal fee of $35, you are able to contribute a standard in honor or memory of a loved one.
Simply CLICK HERE to print out the form you will complete and mail to us to secure your contribution.
Only a very limited number of Commemorative Standards remain.
They are being offered on a first-come/first-serve basis. You may contribute more than one Standard. Please print and complete multiple forms for multiple contribution requests. You may write one check, but please complete a separate form for each request. (Please note, once you bring up the form in Adobe, you will need to use the printer icon on the Adobe toolbar to get it to print. Often the "File", "Print" option doesn't work for Adobe files.)
